CARD WALLET
Leather Crafting workshops are offered regularly through Airbnb experiences. This basic introductory workshop makes a fine 2 pocket three piece card wallet. In this workshop you will create your own custom design for the wallet covers which you will stamp in the leather. You will learn to hand sew the wallet and burnish the edges to a fine smooth finish. You will walk out with your own custom card wallet you made! The wallet will be similar to one of these shown below and will take a few hours to make- (plan 3 hours ).

Workshop location alternates – evening classes are always at my residence on the west side towards Beaverton, Saturday classes alternate between downtown Portland at the Oregon Leather Company and my home – check location of each class when you register (Saturday 8 February and 14 March are at Oregon Leather Company downtown Portland). Classes are currently being offered as an Airbnb experience. See schedule below for currently scheduled Airbnb experiences. Bison Leather BACKPACK
Make your own bison leather backpack! This backpack is made from fine Bison Leather – handsewn and laced by you! At this workshop you will receive all the leather pre-cut as well as all hardware. You will punch holes, lace, stitch, and set copper rivets to make your own Bison Leather backpack that will be unique and last many years. This course will now be offered as an airbnb experience. The workshop will run 6 hours 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. In this time you should be able to complete all punching, rivet and eyelet settings – everything that requires special tools. You will complete some stitching and lacing.
